Tiffany and Co. has unveiled a brand new collaboration with up to date artist Daniel Arsham, comprising a limited-edition bronze sculpture and a bespoke jewelry piece.
The Bronze Eroded Penny Vessel – a patinated bronze sculpture embedded with polished crystal – accommodates a reimagined model of the model’s HardWear necklace. Solely 39 of the handcrafted works have been produced, every made at Arsham Studio in New York.
The necklace, comprised of 18-carat white gold, is ready with greater than 1,000 diamonds and over 500 tsavorites. It attracts from a 1971 design in Tiffany’s archive and displays Arsham’s signature “future relic” idea.
The vessel takes inspiration from Arsham’s 2013 work Examine of the Eroded Penny and Tiffany’s 1885 redesign of the Nice Seal of the US. The penny motif is described as a “image of luck and transformation, fusing historic references with trendy craftsmanship”.
Every bit is delivered in a Tiffany Blue art-handling crate, accompanied by an identical blue field containing dual-branded white gloves.
